We had a really nice stay at the Comfort Suites Charlotte Airport. The hotel was comfortable and stunningly beautiful. The food was excellent. The location was good and perfect, super close to the airport with a free shuttle to-and-from. It was right by the outside of the building and downtown Charlotte.

Room #320. Very comfortable bed (king size). Large room, with several amenities like wide desk, sofa, coffe corner, fridge, etc.
The receptionist at the time of check-in hasn't be nice. Maybe she was upset for private reasons, but the feedback hasn't be professional. The moquette is worn everywhere. Room windows are not well sealed and both noise and external cold air are entering inside the room, affecting the comfort.

Convenient spot for a trip around here! It's just a short 0.5 miles from the airport. They serve up a good hot breakfast to help you kickstart your day, like hard boiled eggs and fresh fruit 🍳🍉.

The place is spotless and luxurious, the staff on the 2nd shift are helpful and efficient, the room is spacious and new, with a large bathroom and a microwave oven.
